The Wright Village
The Wright Village is our support team that makes sure every student feels seen, heard, and like they belong at school. Every student has a mentor and advisor who checks in daily, and students can also get one-on-one teletherapy when they need extra support. We also coach and support teachers so they can meet students where they are and help every child grow.
Support System:
Our instructional coaches and advisors work together to provide aligned, holistic support for both students and teachers. Each student is paired with a mentor or advisor for a minimum of two years, ensuring stability and consistent guidance.
Daily Check-ins:
Our students advance at their own pace, demonstrating proficiency before moving on, ensuring deep understanding and ownership of their learning.
1:1 individualized teletherapy sessions:
Our support goes beyond academics to address personal growth, resilience, and confidence, helping students navigate challenges successfully.
